  Available to complete reliable and thorough real estate appraisals for a wide variety of purposes including litigation support, mortgage loan financing, rent renegotiation, disposition, acquisition, asset management, etc. Our international experience includes the Territory of Guam, State of Hawaii, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Republic of the Palau and the Republic of the Marshall Islands.

Available to complete consulting assignments regarding various real estate market sectors including commercial, industrial, residential and resort. Consulting services also include opinions regarding acquisition/disposition pricing, portfolio analysis and risk assessment, and support for various other internal decision making assignments.

Available to expand on appraisal/valuation estimation services through attorney consultation and/or expert witness testimony. W. Nicholas Captain, MAI has previously qualified as an expert witness in the Superior Court of Guam, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Palau, the Nuclear Claims Tribunal of the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Board of Appeals in the City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii.
